How to Book

Booking is essential for my classes as spaces are limited.

How much is it and what's included?

My 4 week course is £60.

This includes -

4 x 1 hour sessions
Bottle of massage oil to use during and after the course (usually coconut)
Refreshments every session
Weekly emails with instructions of what has been covered that week
Link to join a WhatsApp group chat with everyone in the group during and after the course
Graduation Certificate
And plenty of friendly chat during the sessions!
